Dolly Parton in March of 2009 arriving on the red carpet for opening night of “33 Variations” a Broadway Play in New York City. She looked great in this black and white animal print top which she paired with a black skirt. Her big blonde hair had a lot of layers. She wore big hoop earrings and looked amazing.

Dolly Parton in September of 2003 at the 4th Annual Women Who Rock concert benefiting breast cancer at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. She looked adorable in this white dress with flowing sleeves, dazzling stars on the bodice with long strands of silver beads for the fringe. She wore silver heels and had red lips and long red fingernails. Her hair was traditionally Dolly, big and blonde, lots of flipped out layers.
