She rocked this black leather vest and skirt, covered in rhinestones paired with a white blouse and black heels. The blouse and vest were low-cut to reveal her busty bust line!She wore a sexy silver ankle bracelet and big diamond earrings. Her lips were deep red and so were her fingernails. Her big blonde hair was pulled back.

Dolly Parton in September of 2003 at the 4th Annual Women Who Rock concert benefiting breast cancer at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. She looked adorable in this white dress with flowing sleeves, dazzling stars on the bodice with long strands of silver beads for the fringe. She wore silver heels and had red lips and long red fingernails. Her hair was traditionally Dolly, big and blonde, lots of flipped out layers.
