Dolly Parton on August 31, 2011 in concert at the Liverpool Echo Arena in London. Dolly belted out tunes on stage during her performance. She rocked a red dress covered in sequins and sparkly fringes. Her big platinum blonde hair was in her usual glamorous style. She looked fantastic.
